RAL1000 green beige electrostatic spray thermosetting epoxy polyester Powder Coating
Powder coating is a dry finishing process where finely ground particles of pigment and resin are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto a grounded part. The part is then baked in a curing oven, at which time, the powder melts, bonds and cures – leaving an attractive, uniform, high-quality and durable finish. Prior to coating, parts are pre-treated to ensure optimal surface preparation and paint adhesion.
In addition, TOPO facilities and processes are designed to deliver Class “A” finishes.
Textures include sand grain, hammer, silk pattern, sand textured, marble,metallic, wood, multi-color.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Stored in less than 30 °C, ventilated, dry, clean room, not near the fire source, heating, avoid direct sunlight, the product in the transport should be to prevent rain, sun, prolonged sun exposure. Storage products in line with the above conditions, since the date of production, effective storage period is 6 months. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Coating powder is a non-toxic products, but should be avoided in the course of inhalation of dust. Proposed operators wear appropriate dust mask, glasses. If possible, try to avoid long-term skin contact with powder coating
